Terms and Conditions

Last updated 3 November 2026

The simple rules for buying beats, soundtracks and studio days at QubaTingz. Buying or booking means you agree to them.

1. Who we are

QubaTingz is the music brand of BadmanQuba, also called Quba (Kirenga Jimmy), a music producer in Kigali, Rwanda. Questions: call or text Quba on 0792 011 622.

2. What you buy

When you buy a beat or soundtrack, you buy a license: permission to use it in your music under the rules of the license you picked. Quba keeps the copyright in the beat, except as the Exclusive license says.

LicenseWhat you get
Basic1 song, released online (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok) with 1 music video. No stream limit, no end date. Quba gets 20% of what the song earns. Others can buy the same beat.
PremiumUp to 3 songs, used everywhere: online, radio, TV, live shows, music videos. No stream limit, no end date. Quba gets 20% of what each song earns. Others can buy the same beat.
ExclusiveThe stems, and the beat is yours alone: it leaves the shop and is never sold again. No limits, and you keep 100% of what your songs earn. Anyone who bought it before keeps their songs.

The license box in the shop ("What you get") is part of these terms. The share is shown there and can differ from 20% if Quba changes it; the share on the day you buy is the one that applies to you.

3. Quba's share of the song

4. Prices and payment

5. Getting your files

Once paid, your downloads open under the bag at the top of the calendar. Exclusive buyers also get a stems link once Quba confirms the payment. Download and keep your files: links can stop working later.

6. Studio days

7. Refunds

Beats are digital files, so they cannot be returned once your download opens. If a file is broken, a payment went through twice, or Quba cannot deliver what you paid for, call or text Quba on 0792 011 622 and he fixes it or refunds you.

8. What you may not do

9. Responsibility

Quba makes the site and the files with care, but cannot promise the site never stops. If something goes wrong, Quba's responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order.

10. Law

These terms follow the laws of Rwanda. If there is a problem, talk to Quba first; if it cannot be solved, the courts of Rwanda decide.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the new date shows at the top of this page. A purchase keeps the terms of the day it was made.
